    Mapping and assessing how internal institutional change within human rights philanthropic organizations happens in in light of varied external commitments to power shifting in a range of thematic areas from gender justice to anti-corruption work to environmental justice,

    Cities planning for a Just Transition | Community Action Strategies & City of Newark (2023)

    Co-produced a two-phase strategic plan for the City of Newark—mapping practices and policies undertaken by other U.S. cities engaged in environmental justice & equity centered climate and sustainability planning—focused on extreme heat, decarbonization, public health & participatory urban planning.

    Executive strategy and learning advisor for new organization dedicated to monitoring and challenging Big Food & Ag policy capture, political influencing, industry consolidation, and adverse environmental and public health impacts globally.

    Designing elections for accessibility, trust, and safety | Center for Civic Design (2020)

    Designed, managed, and led oral history-based action research on how Black and Brown voters in four US cities viewed the integrity, trustworthiness, and reliability during the historic, and abrupt, surge of reliance on mail-in ballots for casting a vote in the 2020 primaries and general election.

    Accountability & responsiveness to displaced people | UNHCR (2019-2020)

    Conducted structural and political economy analyses of accountability to refugees, asylum seekers, and displaced people in Jordan, Lebanon, and Egypt, focused on enabling and inhibiting factors both inside and outside the control of UNHCR country offices.

    How the EU Whistleblower Directive happened | Transparency International (2020)

    Interviewed key organizational and coalition stakeholders across a network of democracy, transparency, anti-corruption, union activists and political leaders in order to document the process that led to the successful passage of the 2018 European Union Whistleblower Directive.
